  • Managed and implemented marketing campaigns directed at diverse market segments in multiple media formats, including web, email, social media, direct mail, and trade shows. Targeted media campaigns to specific market segments based on analysis of business profiles, background research, and product suitability.
  • Developed and implemented new website and email strategies, increasing website visits by 50% and website conversions by over 100%. Increased use of email and began aggressive campaigns based on market segmentation. Refined SEO and website promotion through analysis of current and prospective visitors and developed targeted strategies for increasing website visits.
  • Created and managed customer database of over 10,000 customers and prospects, with emphasis on analysis of contact, response, and conversion data.
